I would like to encourage all freshman and sophomores to apply for Marketing Education and DECA. There is so much that the class has to offer you for your future.
Current Sophomores you are applying for Marketing I- This is a full year course that will introduce you to the basic fundamentals of Marketing. You will gain a basic understanding of Marketing and be able to be a member of DECA.
Current Freshman you are applying for Introduction to Marketing – This is a semester course. During this course we take a look at basic fundamentals of marketing, give you brief introductions of topics, and work on communication skills. You are also a member of DECA.
DECA is the co-curricular component of the class. You have an opportunity to do hands on project based learning. Each you we have a very competitive chapter. You get an opportunity to get in front of a judge to learn the proper interviewing skills needed.
If you have any questions please come down and see me in Room 112 or you can e-mail me. [email protected]
