To help families of Northmont High School student’s better understand their college financial aid opportunities, the counseling center will be hosting its annual Financial Aid Night on Thursday, December 4th in the auditorium at 7:00 p.m.

There is no admission fee to get in and any parent/guardian is welcome to come. The information provided will be helpful especially to parents of senior and juniors and how they plan to pay for college expenses. Jenni Crotty from the University of Dayton will be presenting financial aid alternatives applicable to all colleges including grant and scholarship programs, loan opportunities, and cooperative education and work programs. Some of these programs are available to all families regardless of need. A way to get an early estimate will be discussed as well as Dayton area and Northmont district scholarships.
