On February 20th, 2023 according to the nypost.com, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated the following, “if China allies itself with Russia, there will be a world war, and I do think China is aware of that.”

The remarks given by Zelenskyy were said just one day after the United States Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, claimed that he was concerned about China providing lethal support to its Russian Neighbor. While China is one of Russia’s key supporters they have not yet supplied military support to Moscow.

The bloody anniversary of the one year mark, of the conflict of Ukraine has recently passed. The spy balloon shot down over the US recently made global politics have a lot more tension. President Biden even made an unannounced visit to Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. He met with President Zelenskyy after pledging another $500 million in security aid to Ukraine , and its people.

After a discussion between China and the Russian federation, one of China’s leaders claimed that there was a invisible hand guiding the war with Ukraine. According to, aa.com.tr, press secretary of Russia, Dmitry Peskov has been quoted saying, “Washington does not want this war to end. Washington wants and will do everything to continue this war. This is the visible hand..”Obviously when talking about Washington, he is referring to the United States, and many Russian leaders agree by saying we are the ones trying to make the conflict continue. However, we are not bombing cities, or attacking the borders of any country.
