You know if we end up having to wear uniforms, I’d be cool with it, I personally think I’d look good in a sweater vest

If high school is supposed to be prepping you for college, what limitations do you believe exists in college? There’s nothing wrong with “Bumming” or dressing up. You make your decisions on what you wear, and what clothes you buy. I think everything would be easier if we worried about ourselves instead of being caught up in what other decisions other people are making. It’s not your business. It’s not mine either. It’s their decision.

To me I think that we should be able to wear tang tops and pj to school i mean like if the kids are not going to learn if they aren’t comfortable.

Hey kids, there is a dress code…period! You could end up like Dayton and have to wear uniforms! So stop with the underwear parading, cleavage baring, and most of all, girls, your shorts are too short if you have to ‘dig them out’ in order to walk. Start acting like ladies and gentlemen.

The dress code is not enforced because men sexualize women too much, it is enforced because WE ARE IN SCHOOL. It drives me absolutely nuts when I see girls in the hallways wearing short skirts and tops that are too low-cut. Boys are not innocent either where the dress code is concerned with their obsession of wearing their pants around their knees. (SIDE NOTE: the whole reason that trend started was to show other inmates in male prisons that they were interested in other men) I believe that enforcing a strict school dress code is a wonderful idea, not soley to save my eyeballs from burning, but to prepare our students for their future careers where baggy pants and dangerously revealing tops will not be appropriate.
