On the afternoon of April 16, 2019 in Gulfport Florida, located near St. Petersburg, an unsuspecting woman of 50, who was walking her dog was squirted with urine by her angry 71 year old neighbor. According to Asia One, Benjamin had accused her of “spying.”

According to Asia One, Benjamin came up to the woman with a squirt gun in hand, and fired it at her multiple times. Each squirt hitting her in the face. He was later arrested for the act and was charged with battery.

At first, he denied his actions, but later confessed to the crime and said he would “do it again” when questioned by an officer.

Benjamin also made up a story saying that he had been under government surveillance since 2011 and that the victim was, “ a paid snitch” who was spying on him: so he took matters into his own hands.

It is also said by the smoking gun that he didn’t have a lawyer; since his jail record shows no evidence for having one. He will be detained in the Pinellas County Jail for 30 days and put on probation for a year when released, according to The Smoking Gun.
