September 16th, 2022, a female suspect was left on the train tracks in a police cruiser whilst police search through her car for the “suspected firearm.” The sound of the train approaching muffled her scream as the police continue searching her car, the cruiser was crushed and thrown by the train.

Yareni Rios-Gonzalez, 20-year-old, Colorado resident. Was pulled over in what the police considered a “high-risk vehicle stop” following the earlier call in over a road rage incident that took place. According to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, “multiple law enforcement agencies responded to a report of a road rage incident involving a firearm.”

Once the young suspect was detained, the policemen left the car on the train tracks with the suspect, handcuffed, in the back seat. The police officers search through the vehicle and contemplate the suspect having thrown the weapon out of the car. According to timesofisrael.com, “a loud train horn can be heard in the background as the locomotive nears the patrol car.”

“Oh my god, oh my god!” shouts the female cop.

Yareni Rios-Gonzalez sustained multiple serious injuries. Those injuries include, but aren’t limited to nine broken ribs, a broken arm, and broken teeth. Yareni had seen the train coming, and braced herself for the worst.
