On May 1-12, Northmont will be holding the first annual art show for juniors and seniors. If students wish to participate in this first annual event, they need to submit one of their best art works to the art teachers by April 26. Any kind of art is welcomed, and 2-D and 3-D will be accepted and eligible for consideration. Shelves will be put up for 3-D models and 2-D art will be put up on boards. There is no fee to submit a piece of art.

Judges will be walking around to judge the art work, which will be displayed in the IMC. School board members will serve as the judges, but art teacher Ms. Christine Hall said student voting is planned as well.

There will be a prize for the winning senior. The winner will be announced on the morning news show.
